A friend to be thankful for

I have been a slacker on posting what I am thankful for. Opps!

Today I am thankful for Kassy! Kassy is my best friend. We have been best friends for about 20 years now! Holy crap....am I really old enough to have a friend for that long?? Today is Kassy's birthday! She's old. She is like the sister I never had and I love her dearly. She is a total nerd and I love her even more for that. I just know we will be friends forever and that makes me happy!

camping and happy 100th post!!

The first weekend of June Shane and I went camping with a group of friends. It was a lot of fun and the weather was perfect. Unfortunately our trip was cut short because of our sick little girl but it was still great to get out of the city even just for a short time. We went with six of our friends and we had five dogs total with us. Whoa! I love camping with dogs it's the best. We ate lots of yummy food. For some reason I eat so much when I am camping...love it. We ended up camping up Provo canyon above Sundance the spot we found was beautiful.

It was a lot of fun. Next camping trip we are going to take the kids. Luke is dying to go camping.

My friend Becky emailed me this picture yesterday. It is a picture of my good friend Meg and I. I miss her dearly and I was so happy to see this picture. Here we are at Becky and Justin's wedding last year. Aren't we cute???





And guess what?? It is Shane's birthday this weekend and we are having a party and I get to see this wonderful lady. Excited!!

The wonderful girls at work through Abby and I a shower. We only played one game and it was fun and ate really yummy food! I had a lot of fun and I really enjoyed having a joint shower with Abby! Thanks girls!
